Elevated began with a simple frustration. Our founder, Roneisha Lee, watched her parents lose out on a mortgage because of credit report errors they couldn't get removed — errors that were flat-out inaccurate, yet no one would help them fix.
She spent two years learning the FCRA inside out, helped get their report corrected, and saw the impact firsthand. Neighbors started asking for help. Then strangers. Then a business.
Today, Elevated is a team of credit strategists, dispute analysts, and compliance experts who believe credit repair should be legal, transparent, and human — not a factory of auto-generated letters and empty promises.
